✅ Eligibility & Skillset:
• Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in International BPO (Chat/Inbound Voice)
• Strong background in Quality processes
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
๐ฏ Roles & Responsibilities:
• Monitor and evaluate customer service voice interactions
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and company guidelines
• Analyze voice transcripts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Drive productivity and quality improvements
• Handle remediation of major incidents
• Manage client MBR/QBR decks, client calls, and reviews
