Key Responsibilities

• Manage Record to Report (R2R) accounting activities.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Perform General Ledger accounting and reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Analyze accounting data and resolve discrepancies.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and business teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Financial Accounting principles.
• Experience in General Ledger and Reconciliation activities.
• Understanding of Month-End Closing processes.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or Hyperion is an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
