Cognizant Hiring P&C Insurance Claims Professionals in Pune | Senior Associate & SME Roles

Cognizant is currently hiring experienced professionals for Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Claims roles in Pune. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with expertise in Subrogation (Subro) and Special Investigations Unit (SIU) functions.

Job Details

Position: Senior Associate & SME
Location: Pune
Preferred Candidates: Immediate Joiners or professionals serving up to 30–45 days notice period.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should possess:

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in P&C Claims, Subrogation, or Fraud Investigation.
- Strong understanding of subrogation principles, liability analysis, and claims recovery processes.
- Experience working with Guidewire, Snapsheet, or similar claims management platforms.
- Knowledge of Arbitration Forums (AF) and E-Subro Hub (ESH).
- Experience using vendor portals and SIU case management systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
